Organisations that invest in the development of young professionals are investing in their future. Targeted guidance is crucial, especially during the early years of employment, to nurture talent, boost engagement and ensure that people not only start, but also stay.
The MindLabs development programme is designed for SMEs and companies that require additional support for their talent in terms of learning and development. It offers a contemporary approach to supporting early-career professionals (those with vocational/higher vocational/university education and 0–2 years of work experience) in their personal and professional development, in a practical setting.
It is not a traditional training course and does not feel like going back to school. It is a 1.5-year practical development programme in which young professionals work on their personal effectiveness and professional strengths in direct relation to their daily work.
The focus is on:
Although the programme is often referred to as a traineeship, it is deliberately structured differently, offering flexibility and phases with room for conscious choices along the way.
The development process is divided into clear six-month phases.
Each phase consists of:
This structure makes the process manageable for participants and organisations alike. It offers peace of mind and clarity while ensuring structural development.
In all cases, development is visible and applicable, contributing to individual growth and organisational development while building a valuable regional network.
It is suitable for young professionals who want to develop in their role without returning to a formal educational setting.
