Finding good staff is difficult. Retaining good talent? Even more so. This is precisely why MindLabs, Tilburg University, Fontys, Yonder and the Municipality of Tilburg have joined forces to launch the Young Professional Programme: a regional development programme designed to nurture young talent in Central Brabant.
Over the course of this 18-month programme, young professionals (MBO, HBO or WO level) will develop their personal and professional skills with a focus on innovation, collaboration and social impact. Participants learn, work and grow within your organisation while attending the MindLabs development programme one day every two weeks.
This enables you to introduce fresh energy, new ideas and forward-thinking talent to your organisation without having to organise a complete development programme yourself.
Why participate?
Who is it for?
The traineeship is intended for SMEs in the Midden-Brabant region that have young employees with up to two years' work experience or vacancies for entry-level positions. You can register one or more young professionals who will remain employed by your organisation.
The first cohort will start in the first quarter of 2026.
